No, employees have been more than sufficiently trained with these e-learning courses. There is the option of an additional practical day, which is then set up based on the test results and with examples from your own company.

There is no certification for IMDG Code training. Chapter 1.3 of the Code indicates that employees must be 'adequately' trained (compared to their responsibilities). Governments worldwide accept IMDG training certificates (ask for references if necessary).

The IMDG Code is amended every two years (Amendment versions). Roughly speaking, you can assume that the certificate is valid for two years.

No, each course contains all the content required for a specific position. For each course variant, the content is only more compact or more extensive in line with what is needed for that position. If desired, you can start immediately with, for example, the Advanced course.

Not to be able to follow these e-learning courses. You must ensure availability of the IMDG Code itself, on paper or digitally. The course teaches employees to work with the Code that you should have in-house if you work with dangerous goods. We can possibly help you with information about publishers who offer the IMDG Code.

No, the courses are web-based, so you only need a working internet connection and a recent browser.

That mainly depends on the knowledge already available; if there's already a knowledge of sea transport of dangerous goods, a participant will take less time to complete the course. The partial tests ensure that you do not go too fast.
